Webinar: Horizon Europe: R&I opportunities for Digital Health and Care - 20 April 2021
Scotland Europa and the Scottish Government are delighted to invite you to join us on the 20th April (14:00 -15:30 GMT) for a webinar on the upcoming Horizon Europe Programme.
The webinar will provide insight into upcoming Research and Innovation funding calls which will be of interest to businesses, academia and others involved in digital health and care. It will include an overview of research and innovation opportunities which will support the development of potential of new tools, technologies and digital solutions for a healthy society. This includes funding calls from within the Health Global Challenge and the wider Horizon Europe Programme.

What is Horizon Europe?
Horizon Europe is the new EU research and innovation programme, and the largest transnational programme ever, which will have a budget of approximately €95.5 billion for 2021-2027. It follows Horizon 2020, which was open between 2014 and 2020.
As agreed in the UK-EU trade deal in December 2020, the UK will associate toHorizon Europe. UK entities including universities, research centres, scientists, innovative businesses, industry, etc. will have full rights to participate in the first calls for proposals of Horizon Europe as soon as they are published on the European Commission’s website.
